rooms on the main level open onto the pool area. The Master suite
is one floor up, there two bedrooms on main level and three more bedrooms
on lower level.
Aventura features several entertaining areas, including a separate common
area and a kitchen for the lower bedrooms.
It is located on a quiet cul de sac in upper Conchas Chinas, about a
mile south of Old Town. Drive 2 blocks up from the 2nd entrance to upper
Conchas
Chinas. There is easy access to taxis and bus and several beachs. You
will enjoy breathtaking views of the south shore
and
Los
Arcos.
