Reservations and Cancellations

If interested in renting an entire villa or villas, our Villa Deposit and Cancellation policy (below) is the same as our Inn policy. Please note that Villa rentals include full staff, including Chef. Should you have additional questions, please ask us!

General:
All rates are per room, and are subject to 17% tax (15% VAT & 2% bed tax). Plus 5% service fee
Maximum two persons per room.
Continental breakfast and daily cocktail hour (with snacks) for two included in rates.
3 night minimum (summer & winter); 7-night minimum (holiday ). Individual nights and shorter stays may be available upon request, based on occupancy, so please ask.
Not suitable for children.
Rates subject to change without notice.
Transportation to/from airport may be arranged, for an extra charge.

Deposit policy:
One-night deposit is non-refundable.
Full payment is required at time of booking for stays of 5 days or less.
For stays of 6 or more days, 50% payment is required at time of booking, with balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
Payments may be made by credit card, check, via express mail to Mexico, or by bank wire transfer to our US account.
All rates quoted are for prepaid reservations only. Reservations may be paid by credit card upon arrival. However, there is a 10% surcharge. Please note that reservations may be secured via major credit card and then paid with cash or traveler's check upon arrival and will not be subject to the surcharge.
One night payment is non-refundable for cancellations prior to 45 days before arrival; any refund for cancellations 45 days or less prior to arrival are based on ability to re-rent the room.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, or for no-shows.
No credits for late arrivals or early departures.

				Villa I - Casa Bursus
San Francisco Suite This suite has a queen size bed and is off the courtyard of Villa I. Above its entry is a 16th Century French Gothic steeple and inside is a beautiful 18th Century painting of Joan of Arc. Rates: Low Season: June 1 - Oct 31 $260/night High Season: Nov 1 - May 31 $290/night Holidays: Christmas, New Year (12/19 - 1/1/08), Thanksgiving Week $360/night Milagros Suite This ample suite with king size bed has direct access to a terrace with panoramic views. The bronze busts in the niches are French, circa 1870, and on the wall is a 19th Century Mexican tapestry depicting the ascension of Christ done in silver milagro (miracle) representations. The large silk tapestry is 17th Century and there is also an exquisite Venetian Chandelier circa 1850. 				*Villa II - Casa San Angel*
San Miguel Suite This suite has a king size bed and panoramic views of the town and bay. You may also enjoy the sitting area just outside the bedroom with its own bar and a large terrace. Above the bed is a 1920s copy of the famous Monja Coronada from the main cathedral in Guadalajara. The large mirror next to the Victorian chair has a lovingly hand-carved frame from a cathedral circa 1860. The Mexican painting of San José with Christ Child circa 1890 is in its original hand carved frame and was found in Pueblo in 1960. It is on the same level as the swimming pool with its broad vistas of the town and Bay of Banderas. The nude sketch in the bathroom of this suite is by famed Mexican artist Ernest Munoz Acosta, circa 1965 and was exhibited at the Palais Royale in Paris. 				Villa III - Casa La Joya
Serafin Suite This spacious suite adjoins the villa's central courtyard with its lovely fountain. It features a queen size bed, as well as a spacious sitting area, with a sofa (actually a double bed), which is partially recessed into an alcove in the very thick wall. It can be pulled out at night, if desired, for extra sleeping space. Among the exquisite details in this suite is a hand-carved wooden piece framing a grouping of niches above the sofa, which contains various saints. This wooden piece comes from a private chapel of a demolished hacienda in Guanajuato. The Victorian Dresser is circa 1900. It also features a beautiful Mexican oil painting of the Virgin Mary, circa 1910, as well as a Renaissance Revival Armoire, circa 1880. Above the bed is a large French Crystal Wall Sconce, circa 1890. In its private bath, there is a deep marble bathtub, and one wall of the bathroom is filled with niches, each containing a candle, making it one of the most romantic bathrooms you're likely to find. Among the very special details of this suite is a lovely Meican oil painting of Crowned Mary and Crowned Christ Child, circa 1750. Next to it is a Victorian Armoire, circa 1880. 				Villa IV - Casa Las Campanas
Las Campanas This one bedroom villa snuggles beside the crowned spire of Guadalupe Church, Puerto Vallarta's signature landmark. Its name - Spanish for "The Bells" - honors the verdigris chimes tolling nearby. The aerie features a king-sized bed, fireplace, salon, dining room, kitchenette and several terraces, one cradling a private hot tub. The exquisite nineteenth-century antiques include a carousel camel, Mexican trunk and a painting of San Vincente Ferrer, as well as Persian carpets, wall sconces and crystal chandeliers. This suite offers complete privacy, plus full access to the main property's charms.
