Enjoy the finest in Mexican design and decor in a home of unexcelled amenities. Pass through the graceful garden gate where touches of nature and art abound. A tableau of sea birds joins a setting sun in the iron artwork of the front gates. Hummingbirds hover over Hibiscus and banana blooms in the tropical entrance garden.

Iinside every room has a bay view. And from the entry side you'll view the lush foothills of the Sierra Madre Mountains. Tropical breezes and sunlight flood the house from three sides thanks to our unique open-air architectural design. View the blue of the bay and splendor of the garden from your large shaded terrace, relish the sight of sailboats bobbing at anchor, cruise ships calling at Puerto Vallarta across the bay and fishermen carrying their day's catch in native pangas.
 
                     
    Tropical plants bloom at the edge of the covered terrace. Six-foot orange and yellow Cana flags, red banana palm, and Crotons explode in shades of red, pink, cream and yellow; banana and papaya fruit abound in season. Gorgeous purple Bougainvillea tumbles over the garden wall. Pick some lemon grass and make a delicious natural tea. An array of indigenous cactus graces a seaside rock garden.

And whales? Keep an eye out for mothers and their newborn calves while you gently swing in one of our super-size Yucatan hammocks. Cooling bay breezes flow through the house through mid-afternoon, when fresh winds deliver cool air in from the hills. Days are deliciously warm and breezy; nights are comfortably cool.

  
 
Relax in complete comfort in Queen-size beds, with private bathrooms for each generously-sized bedroom suite. Your kitchen is appointed in every detail, with side-by-side fridge/icemaker, dishwasher, gas range and oven, and a convenient pass-thru bar/buffet counter. Comfort-making ceiling fans, on-demand water heater and modern washer and dryer are provided.

Drink the water straight from the tap. A three-tier reverse osmosis water purification system provides purified water throughout the entire house. Or drink the purified bottled water delivered to your door daily.

Don't feel like cooking? Friendly La Cruz boasts numerous North American, European, and Mexican-style restaurants, all within a few minutes' walk through safe and tranquil cobbled streets. After lunch, swim at one of La Cruz's sandy beaches, all within a short walk. Ready to shop? Bucerias is five minutes away. Ready for world-class entertainment and dining? Nuevo Vallarta is 15 minutes away and Puerto Vallarta is 30 minutes away by car, taxi or reliable, inexpensive bus. Rather relax? Settle into the Jacuzzi or a hammock and just "veg".
