Description
This 4 bedroom, 3 bath casa, is located at Punta Pelicanos right on the beach. Punta Pelicanos is a gated and guarded beach community between La Cruz Huanacaxtle and Bucerias approximately 20 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta. The Casa Dos is privately owned, will accommodate up to 8 people and is ideal for family gatherings or any group function. There is an ocean view from every room and beauty throughout this 3,000 sq. ft. casa. You will find marble floors in every room, beautiful decor, large rooms and all the comforts of home. The kitchen is wonderful, very spacious plus great views of the ocean.

Nearby Attractions
The towns of Puerto Vallarta, Punta Mita, Bucerias and La Cruz are all close by. In La Cruz you will enjoy tennis, golf (ten minutes away), fishing and pleasure charters boats, snorkeling, surfing, boogie-boarding, scuba, kayaking, windsurfing and sailing. The Los Veneros beach club is only ten minutes away with 3 pools, a swim up bar, beautiful white sand beach, rental boogie boards, a kids water park and slide, topical bird shows, 5 star restaurant, horseback riding, shopping plaza, and massage services.
