This 5000 sf, Casa is just five minutes south of downtown Puerto Vallarta in the beautiful area of Conchas Chinas, referred to as Puerto Vallarta's Gold Coast of Mexico. Casa Do Re Mi has 3 large air-conditioned bedrooms each with private bathroom and double sinks. All bedrooms can convert from King beds to Twins beds. The furnishings create an elegant and comfortable atmosphere for your enjoyment

You will find a full kitchen with microwave oven and coffee maker, two wet bars: one upstairs and one at pool level with a refrigerator. All water is purified using a special ultra-violet light water purification system. You will enjoy having dinner as you watch the sun set over the Pacific! There is a large terrace running the full length of the house--perfect for watching the sunsets and having breakfast. Also, a must every night, is watching the sunset from your 22-foot thatched umbrella "palapa".

The beautiful sandy beach of Conhas Chinas is just a 4 minute walk from the villa's front door, which is great for for snorkeling, swimming, sunbathing or just walking to town. There is a wonderful game room just off the pool area to keep everyone busy with fun and games.

Deposits
An initial deposit of 50% is due within 7 days to hold your reservation
Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation & Return Policy
If payments are not received in a timely manner, reservations will be cancelled. All holiday bookings are nonrefundable. A refundable $500.00 security deposit is due with final payment. The security deposit is to cover any damage to the villa or its contents and any long distance phone calls.
