Large sliding frosted glass doors open onto the enormous dining area. The views from your dining table over the Tuscany inspired marble, through the sliding glass wall, to the pool and finally to the beach and ocean below will take your breath away.

The game room on the lower floor offers a huge TV, foosball table and other amenities in a large comfortable room overlooking the ocean. The couches in the room convert into beds in case you have more people than the home’s existing 5 beds can handle. Exit through a door from this room to a set of stairs that descends from the home leading you down a path to the water that is as beautiful as it is convenient. In less than five minutes, you will have warm sand beneath your feet andwaves.
