This magnificent beachfront villa is a two hour drive north of Puerto Vallarta and is located in the village of Chacala (and well worth the drive). You will travel along the wide expanse of the sparkling Pacific Ocean. Villa Chacalate is situated and sheltered in a private, gated residential community in the small Mexican tourist and fishing village of Chacala, an oasis among lush tropical vegetation. As you enter the main house you find yourself in the large two-story foyer with genuine onyx flooring and a grand staircase leading to the second living level. On the main floor, the large living room, has floor to ceiling glass enclosures with A/C comfort which open out to a pergola-covered sun terrace. The living room has a working fire place and wet bar.

The dining room with McGuire seating, is flanked by a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and top of the line appliances, serviced by an excellent professional chef. Divans and sun lounges beckon you to relax overlooking the heated swimming pool which oversees the sandy beach beyond. A beautiful Palapa is perfect for outdoor relaxing and dining. There are two guest casitas with two bedrooms each accessible from this level.

Three additional bedrooms are upstairs in the main house. Each bedroom has its own private bath. Your full staff includes daily maid service, breakfast and dinner chef, houseman and Concierge. Food, drinks and refreshments are not included however, the staff will secure anything you need.

Tour nearby natural sites and ancient petroglyphs. Visit the nearby village of Chacala offering visitors authentic Mexican atmosphere and beach activities.
