Chateau Manzanillo
This beautiful 10,000 square foot luxury retreat is overlooking Manzanillos' bay of Santiago on the Mexican Rivera. It’s located 120 nm South of Puerto Vallarta and is accessible by many airlines, including Aero California, Mexicana, Aero Mexico, Delta, America West, Alaska Airlines and Canada 3000, that fly direct, into Manzanillo Airport (ZLO). There are 4 golf courses nearby and we have a 9-hole putting green on the premises. Visitors will also enjoy SCUBA diving and other adventures surrounding this wonderful tropical paradise.
The grand room includes a gaming table and bar area lit with a beautiful chandelier that hangs from the 22-foot tall ceiling. The indoor/outdoor pool is accessible from the Living Room area, which is next to the billiards room. There are 12-foot tall arched French doors that open onto the patio next to the pool for a wonderful nighttime swim and a sweeping view of Santiago Bay.
This newly constructed Chateau/Villa is complete with commercial kitchen, complete purified water throughout the house, (we test at laboratories) fully air-conditioned, (28 tons) 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have there own bathroom, cable TV, stereo, VCR and telephone. They also have sweeping views of Santiago Bay. All rooms have a great ocean view. The grand master bedroom has a king size bed separate Grand Bathroom, double showerheads, walk-in closets and a private balcony
This Special Suite is complete with a 35" surround sound television and stereo. You can lay in bed and see the Santiago Peninsula, approaching boats and cruse ships with the flashing Point Blanco light house in the distance. This 800 sq. ft room looks down through custom hand made wooden windows to the grand room.
The 2nd master bedroom is complete with a king size bed and a terrace. Bedroom 3 has two double beds, a large closet and all the same amenities. Bedroom 4 has a queen size bed and is a separate apartment with its own full kitchen. Bedroom 5, in this room there is a queen bed , telephone and cable television. The bathroom is just down the stairs. This room looks down through custom hand made wooden windows and wooden blinds to the grand room, it's spectacular.
There is a 5,000 sq. ft. palapa area (palm frawn covered roof ) that has 180 degree views up and down the Pacific Coast where you can see the breaking waves and the stunning sunsets and always with a wonderful breeze.
A new edition to Chateau Manzanillo is our owners' Penthouse, that can be rented in conjunction with the Chateau so to accommadate up to 6 more persons, for a total of 18. The Pent House with its separate entrance may be rented separately from the Chateau pending availability .
This is a private home. There is a staff of 4 with a English speaking host, and a day maid. You purchase, or we will do it for you, all groceries and prepare some of the meals, unless other arrangements for a chef or other special services are made prior to your visit. When You arrive there is a meal waiting.
We will greet you at the airport when you arrive, then you follow in a taxi or rental car. This is one of the most beautiful custom Ocean view Villas in Mexico, just steps to the sandy beach.

5 Bedrooms. King beds in the Upper Grand Master and 2nd Master bedroom, and a Queen in the other Upper bedroom adjacent to the Grand Master Bedroom. Queen in the Apartment with 1 bedroom, kitchen & living room. 2 double beds in one room, Sleeps 12. 3 rooms have separate access. A crib is available plus a queen and or a twin bed can be added to some rooms, for a total of 15 people plus a baby in beds. A charge of $30.00 per person per night Plus Tax for more than 12 persons, Unless Your Renting The Owners Penthouse. All rooms are air-conditioned with satellite TV & Telephones. Price does not include owners Palapa Penthouse (usually not occupied). Rents Saturday to Saturday.

Penthouse Comes Complete With 230 Degrees Of Unbelievable Views Of The Base Of The Sierra Madre Mountains As They Gently Lower Their Foothills Into The Pacific Ocean, With Sweeping Views Of Santiago Bay, Las Hadas Peninsula, And Turtle Rock On The Northern End Of This Pristine Bay. You Can Even Whale Watch From The Penthouse While Enjoying The Wonderful Breese, Or Watching Your Friends And Family On The Putting Green Below. Included Is A Full Bath, Small Kitchen , 2 Queen Beds, And A King Bed In The Loft, In This Unique Special Suite. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your week. However, All Rental Is Due To Us Regardless Of Cancellation, And You Credit Card Will Be Charged. Rates do not include a 15% sales tax. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you can not make your reservation date, we can attempt to re-rent the Chateau for the reserved week(s) and apply the balance toward a future stay, less a $300.00 cancellation fee. All charges for food, beverage, pay-per view TV, telephone, damages or missing items will be billed to your credit card after your departure and when we receive the phone bill. Check in is 3:00 pm and Check out is Noon, times are flexible. We rent Saturday to Saturday.
Cancellations and Refunds
Deposits are Non-refundable. If you should cancel your visit we will attempt to re-rent the reserved week and apply the balance toward a future stay, less a $300.00 cancellation fee.

We keep your credit card on file, any damages or lost or missing items that occurs will be billed to your credit card.
