a. Earthquake and hurricane resistant structure designed and built with reinforced concrete, under the norms established by the American Concrete Institute, Building Code Requirements for Reinforced Concrete 318-99.
b. Structural calculations have been carried out using Staad III, computer software capable of generating a dynamic structural model, in which all factors and loads are considered.
c. Its construction, carried out under the standards of the American Concrete Institute, as well as the Mexican Institute of Cement and Concrete, guarantees long term durability and reliability.

a. Internal walls of incombustible materials, also effective as thermic and acoustic isolators, composed of cement blocks and reinforced concrete horizontal and vertical members when necessary for structural requirements.
