This spacious new penthouse apartment located on the sought-after "Marina Delfines" (Dolphin Marina) has been beautifully furnished by its British owners in contemporary style with personal touches of rustic Mexico. It is the perfect place for a calm and safe vacation, just steps from blue flag beaches and the beautiful marina with its million dollar yachts.

Penthouse Amenities
Elevator and 24 hour security and video intecom entry service are included. Maid service included once a week but additional cleaning can be arranged by request. 1 nearby undercover car parking space subject to availability (free of charge) and can be booked in advance, and boat slip outside the apartment is available at $500 per week. (Max 35 foot).

Accommodation are on 2 floors:
Level 1: sleeps up to 6 people in 2 spacious and airey bedrooms with plenty of closet space. One bedroom has twin beds with a private terrace and mountain views and private full bathroom. The other bedroom has kingsize bed with private terrace and adjacent bathroom. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and fully opening panoramic windows with screens.

There is a fully equipped kitchen for 8, with full gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, coffee machine, potable water supply, washer/dryer and ironing facility in the laundry area. In the spacious entrance hallway there is a desk with book shelves and a stereo system, TV/DVD player. (You may like to bring your own cds and dvds).

An exquisite spiral staircase with picture window takes you from the living room to the privacy of your own rooftop terrace (level 2). Elevator access is also available if you prefer.

Level 2:
The 3rd bedroom is located on the roof terrace and features a double bed with mini-split aircon, panoramic full length sliding doors, adjacent private bathroom. and use of the top floor with its private cocktail bar, feature suspended bed (ideal for siestas), all under a beautiful open air Palapa. Here you can enjoy (free) dolphin and sea lion displays or sip cocktails from your own private bar while feasting your eyes on stunning views that include mangroves, jungle, marina and mountains. The roof terrace also has a jacuzzi-jet bath tub and an authentic Mexican clay chimenea for use as a barbecue. A very romantic setting! This is the perfect area for entertaining your friends, taking a siesta, or simply enjoying the tranquility and ambience of this unique vacation destination.

NOTE: suspended bed (weight limit of 400lbs apply) and hanging chairs (limit 200lbs). No pets, smoking allowed in outdoor areas only.

Nearby Activities and Attractions
Cycling, swimming in either beach or pool, snorkeling, golf, tennis, gym, dancing, as well as excursions to picturesque towns and villages around the area are all easily accessible. The numerous hotels and resorts dotted along the coastline feature folklore nights, excellent all-you-can-eat Sunday champagne brunches, free open-air concerts, fireworks displays, art exhibitions, movies, internet access, WIFI connections, beaches with parasailing, surfing, swimming with dolphins and sea lions, fishing trips, whale watching and other activities to make your vacation complete.

From December to March take advantage of the whaling season in Banderas Bay where you will also see giant Manta Rays vying for attention with the dolphins and whales playing in the bay from Punta Mita to south shore Vallarta.

PV is on the same latitude as Hawaii and with its lovely climate is a reliable destination for winter holidays and a great escape from harsher climes. Served by a host of airlines and tour companies there are plenty of ways to get here. Unless you are particulary vulnerable, there are no special innoculations or requirements for travellers to PV at the time of writing.

Tourists are well cared for and even have their own special uniformed, English speaking, tourist police who are there to help with anything from a lost passport to which bus to catch! Considered a safe haven for boats and yachts during the hurricane season, PV has it all.

There is plenty of parking areas adjacent to the building and free use of Villa Veradero hotel beach and pool just a five minute stroll away.)

Prices include all tax and housekeeper one day per week
Additional cleaning and/or cooking by arrangement.

High Season Nov 1- April 30........$200/night
Mid Season May 1 - Oct 31.........$150/night
Holiday Season: Easter, Christmas, New Year... $240/night
Refundable damages deposit of $500.
50% is due at the time of Booking
The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
