This newly renovated, magnificent Villa is fully staffed and can accommodate up to 16 guests. The main house contains over 5,000 sf and has 5 large, beautifully decorated bedrooms that open to private terraces. Each bedroom has a King sized bed and private bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have ocean views and three have pool views. The downstairs Master Bedroom (one of three) is very spacious and can accommodate anyone needing wheelchair access. There is a large room on the main floor that opens to a covered patiofor outdoor dining with garden and ocean views. The Villa features a media room with a 42" wide screen, high definition TV that is connected to satellite reception. For your enjoyment is a DVD and VCR player, wireless high speed Internet and an HP printer/copier/scanner. There is a dedicated phone where guests can make unlimited calls to The US and Canada at no charge. The media room also contains a game table and two extra day beds.
Beyond the main house, in the center of the Villa estate, is the Jr. sized swimming pool and guest house. The guest house has two bedrooms with a King bed each and private bathrooms separated by a kitchenette. The guest house is only rented along wth the main property, never separately. All rooms have their own central A/C system. Maids, cook, caretake, gardener and bilingual property manager are all part of the staff at no extra charge. Massage services are available upon request. The Encanto is a perfect Villa for a large group of up to 16 people or for small weddings. Weddings will require an event fee.
The Encanto is located in Bucerias on the Bay of Banderas with miles of white sandy beaches in either directions of the Villa. The beach is estremely safe and clean. The beautiful Mexican village of Bucerias has many wonderful restaurants and gift shops all within walking distance from the estate. There are many liesure activities offered locally such as surfing, sport fishing, parasailing, jungle adventure tours, swimming with the dolphins, horseback riding and much, much more. Bucerias is located between the towns of Puerto Vallarta and Punta Mita (roughly 20-25 min in either direction).
