Financing is Available
If you need financing for one of our properties or for any of your other purchases in Mexico we have made special arrangements with two different lenders. Both lenders are in the United States and will work with you and arrange funding for your purchase. This is a unique opportunity since many US lenders do not make loans outside of the United States.
Lender # 1
This US lender will make loans from $100,000 to $800,000. These loans can be for an
existing property or for construction purposes. The borrower must be a US citizen who
is buying a vacation property in Mexico. The borrower needs to put down 30% - 50%.
Rates are 7.625% - 8.375% depending on the amount put down. The term is for 20 years
and the closing will take place in Mexico.
Lender # 2
This lender will make loans for larger properties $1 Million and higher. They work
closely with major new construction loans, Hotel acquisitions, Resorts and many
similar projects.
