Casa Gran Día brings you a fascinating paradise, combining the ocean, mountains and tropical vegetation into a perfect harmony.

The view of Bandera's Bay and the sunsets are a breathtaking experience. Most of the bedrooms can enjoy this amazing panorama.

  
       
The master bedroom with a jacuzzi overlooks the Pacific Ocean and the city, which is most beautiful during the night.

The property is a 4 level, 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom house with a jacuzzi in the master room.

 

Enjoy dinning in a beautiful triangle shaped glass table with enormous windows facing the ocean. Relax in our cozy living room with a view. And if you're in the mood for a picture endulge yourself in our a T.V. room with A.C. We also have Internet access.

Five large balconies surround the house, three of them are at the ocean side with a magnificent view of the bay, and the other two are on the jungle side with marvelous mountans and trees to delight your view.
                                                   
                           
You will find a beautiful garden filled with flowers and palms surrounding the swimming pool and the terrace, where you can enjoy nature while you sip a Margarita at the bar.

If you bring your little ones ask for the small step2 swimming pool for your comfort and their safety.

This exclusive house can accomodate 12 people comfortably or a maximum of 18 if using the two double beds on the 3 largest rooms. Our rooms have 3 king size and 6 queen size beds.

Our Staff

Casa Gran Dia has every detail ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible delighting you with full time service from 9 to 9 of a cook, housekeeper and waiter to take care of every single wish you may have. So enjoy yourself and relax, for the only thing you'll have to worry about during your stay is packing for your return. Cook & Waiter is charged extra.

Food and beverages are not included in our rates. The menues are selected by the guest and all the shopping is done by the staff at cost basis; there is no mark up. (Please note: No credit cards or personal checks accepted) the cooks are trained under American Standards, and wash all fruits and vegetables in a purifying agent prior to their storage in the refrigerator.
                       
Some other services that are not included in our rates, but we'll be happy to provide for you are the following; laundry services, massages, special activities and tours, organization of events such as birthday parties, small weddings, music, live bands, mariachis, trios and much more to make that day a very special one. We can also provide transportation from and to the airport, restaurant reservations and recommendations and any other service you may require.

We do not have access to the beach, although it is just few steps from the house. The nearest beach is 1 mile south and another one is 2 miles north, named mismaloya where "The Night of The Iguana" was filmed.

Rates are based on 12 guests or less per night.. The Grad Dia can accommodate up to 18 people. Rates for more than 12 guests are charged $70/person/night. Tax of 15% is added to all rates. There is a $500 Refundable Damage Deposit required. Outside visiting guests are charged $15pp/day.
There is a no refund policy for all holiday bookings.
Rates are for the whole house, we do not rent per room or per person.

A 50% deposit is required upon booking your reservation. The remaining 50% will be due 60 days prior to your arrival. Should you make your reservation 30 days prior to arrival , 100% will be required to validate your reservation.

A security deposit of $500.00 usd will be required on all bookings. If there are no property damages or long distance calls, it will be returned in full within 60 days.

Staff consists of daily maid service. Cook services are extra upon request.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation 60 days or less prior to arrival an attempt will be made to re rent the property. If the property is rented the deposit will be returned less as 20% service charge. If the propery cannot be re rented then no refund will be issued. There is a no refund policy for holiday bookings.
