Due to special arrangements with the developer we have two communities of villas located in beautiful Paphos Cyprus. In one development we have a cluster of 6 villas and in the other development there are 20 villas. All 6 villas are identical inside and out and the 20 villas, although different, are also identical inside and out and only 5 minutes from the beach. These two developments are seven minutes apart by car and only fifteen minutes from the airport.
Each villa is brand new, has six bedrooms and every ammenity you could imagine. You will experience spectacular views, a private pool, air conditioning, tanning beds, maid service, free transportation to and from the airport, a welcome pack and much, much more. It is ideal for small or very large groups. Since the villas are grouped in a cluster you can bring as many people as you want because we can accomodate any size party.
In addition, you will have a wonderful variety of things to do; all within a very close distance. This is truly a dream vacation paradise.

The Pentras Royal Hersonisos villas are set in a delightful secluded area called Rodafinia on the outskirts of Chloraka village. The quiet landscape surroundings, the endless seaview from Coral Bay coast to the Paphos Harbour and the proximity to the beach makes it even easier for any visitor to enjoy the rugged beauty of this region to the full. Only thirty meters from the beach and being about 300 meters below the main coastal road, these two luxury seafront villas are just five minutes from the first Cypriot taverna and ten minutes stroll from the village centre, pubs and restaurants. The famous Tombs of the Kings are fifteen minutes stroll away. Paphos Harbour and Kato Paphos tourist area is only a seven minutes drive away. Same short distance drive applies for visiting the colorful market in Ktima or any of the Paphos Museums. Coral Bay famous sandy beach stretches in a fifteen minutes drive away. The location of the villas is very handy for a drive to all Paphos tourist-interesting points. Paphos airport and Tsada golf are only 25 minutes drive away. These six adjacent brand new villas sleep 2-12 people, are well-furnished and they are particularly suitable for a large families or groups up to 60 people. Although of course, they can be booked separately. In the lower level each villa has a large open-plan living area with an open fireplace, a color TV, a dining area and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator and a kitchenette with 4 rings and oven and a bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms with twin-beds, a common bathroom and a balcony with a spectacular seaview. The main bedroom has two beds with shower, bath and a large balcony. The forth bedroom has a full bath as well. All bedrooms and living area are equipped with air-conditioned units. The Air-conditioning is included and there are 5 air-conditioning in each villas. Each villa has their own mosaic style swimming pool (9m x 4.5m) complete with a Jacuzzi, sunbeds and umbrellas and are perfect for a carefree, relaxing time.
