Villa Hermosa

GENERAL AGREEMENT: Villa Hermosa Vacation Rental is a non-smoking accommodation. The property is in a residential neighborhood; behavior that disturbs the neighbors such as loud music is not acceptable. A maximum of ten people will be allowed to stay at Villa Hermosa, including a maximum of two people in the lower level suite. All guests must sign and return a waiver of liability form prior to their arrival at Villa Hermosa.

PAYMENT: 50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% plus $1000 refundable damage deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival.

TELEPHONE: There are two phone lines in the main house and additional line in the suite which allow free local calls.
