In order to hold this date, please remit $ _________ upon signing of this rental agreement. The balance of $ __________ is due _______________, which is 60 days before check in and includes a $500 security/damage deposit. The security deposit will be refunded within 30 days after the end of your stay provided that there is no excess wear and tear, no missing or broken appliances, furniture and items, there are no more than 12 people occupying Karaway during this rental agreement, and all other parts of this agreement are complied with.

Other terms: Fifty percent (50%) payment is due upon reservation; the remaining fifty percent (50%) plus the $500 security/damage deposit is due sixty (60) days before arrival date. No late checkout is allowed. Renter must comply at all times with the rules and regulations of Los Palmares, including the condo declarations. If you are in violation of these rules, you may be asked to leave immediately. In this case, no refund is due to you. Copies can be retrieved at the front desk. No pets allowed. No smoking inside the unit. This agreement and the law regarding the interpretation and enforcement of this agreement and the rental period shall be held in accordance to laws of the Country of Mexico and the State of Jalisco. Both parties to this agreement submit themselves to this jurisdiction. Note: The floor tile is very slippery when wet, please be careful! Villa Karaway includes a pool. It is your responsibility to properly supervise children around and using the pool.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund if you cancel 90 days before first rental day. Fifty percent (50%) forfeited of the total rental amount if canceled between 90 to 30 days before the first rental day. One hundred percent (100%) forfeited of the total rental amount if cancel after 30 days before occupancy.
