This beautiful four bedroom, three bath, oceanside vacation rental is located 80 yards from the waves in a controlled-access community built to Canadian and American standards. Villa La Paz is one of 17 privately owned homes on the water in the first phase of Punta Pelicanos. It comfortably accommodates up to eight people. For multi-family reunions and large groups we can arrange vacation rentals in adjacent homes at Punta Pelicanos.

  Car Rental                
You can rent this quality, 4-wheel drive vehicle at reasonable rates. With leather interior, Radio/ tape/ CD player, air conditioning, sun-roof, Driver and passenger air bags, and an on-board computer that reads-out mileage, fuel level, and engine operation, it is a spacious, luxuriously-appointed vehicle suited to Mexico's roads. In contrast, at car agencies, for rentals of 4 days or more, a no-frills, small Nissan sedan, with AC, rents for approximately $45/day (rentals of less than 4 days are about $52/day). Insurance adds $12 to $13 per day (Your home policy will not cover you and insurance is a must!). Finally, you must pay a 15% Value Added Tax on the total, coming to a total of $60 to $65 per day. This luxury Explorer is available to you at a total cost of $55/day, insurance included. Indicate if you wish to rent this vehicle and we will forward a contract.
