The villa is equipped with two stereo systems, two CD players, and two
color television sets, each with Direct TV, and a two car garage with
automatic door openers.

The heated infinity pool is dramatically perched over the rocky beach
and surf. The living room extends to a stunning covered, poolside terrace
complete with built-in sofas, lounging chairs and stereo speakers.

The servants' quarters are located on-site for added service and security.
The villa is complimented with three full-time staff members: a houseman,
a cook and a maid. A large laundry room is equipped with a washer and
dryer. There is a telephone system and fax machine and local calls are
