The Villa Merissa will send you a contract to sign and return along with your payment. Please request a contract when booking and one will be emailed to you. The contract will contain the following information
 
DEPOSIT POLICY - A deposit of 50% of lodging costs is due 10 days after booking. Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. If final payment has not been received 30 days prior to arrival date, the reservation will be cancelled.
SECURITY DEPOSIT - A deposit of $500 is required with final payment. Deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure. If at any time there are more than 16 people sleeping in the villa, your deposit will be automatically forfeited.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Reservations are subject to a one-night rental cost on all cancellations. Reservations cancelled 30-46 days prior to arrival forfeit initial deposit; 30 days or less receive no refund. HOLIDAY DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Trip Cancellation Insurance Is advised and can be obtained through your travel agent
NONRESPONSIBILITY - Villa Merissa/Cline Properties, P.O. Box 292, Boulder Creek, CA 96006 and/or travel or booking agents assume no responsibility for loss, damage or injury to person, property, or otherwise resulting directly or indirectly from acts of god, danger incident to the sea, any body of water, fire, breakdown of machinery, equipment, acts of government or other authorities, de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, custom regulations, delays, or cancellations of, or changes in itineraries or schedule or from acts of omission of any airline, expectations, upset, disappointment, stress or frustration whether physical or mental, or due to any use beyond the control of Villa Merissa and/or booking agents or from improper or insufficient passports, visa or other documents and neither Villa Merissa or any booking agents will be held responsible as a result of any of the foregoing occurrences or conditions.
