The infinity pool, warm heart shaped Jacuzzi for 16 people, BBQ and bonfire area with the ocean and magnificent rocks at front as a sentinel to its privacy and solitude.
With its congenial staff including an exceptional chef, maids, waitress, and others facilities such as movie theater, squash, gym, massage room and the beauty of a natural stream is one of the great waterfront estates of the Mexican Riviera.

Information
By special arrangement Villa Mia has been made available to select qualified
groups. The Villa is a privately owned estate and is not open to the general
public. Because the Villa accommodates only one group at a time, there
is a six bedroom for four nights minimum during April through December.
A eight bedroom for four nights minimum during January through March. Student
groups, bachelor parties, packaging general public groups, or the like
are not accepted.
Reservation Policy
Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your 50% deposit.
The balance, plus a $700.00 security-phone deposit is due 30 days prior
to arrival. The security deposit is refundable, providing there is
no damage or long distance phone calls during the guest's stay.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation prior to 120 days: 80% of deposit is refundable. Prior to
90 days: 40% of deposit is refundable. After 90 days, no refund, unless
the Villa is rebooked for the EXACT period and occupancy rate cancelled.
The Staff
Is charming, well trained, and eager to please. They consist of three
housemen, three maids, two gardeners, two chefs and a laundress. Their
desire is to see that the guests have a wonderful stay.
Food and Liquor
The menus are selected by the guests, and all the shopping is done by
the staff on an "at cost" basis; there is no mark-up. An
itemized statement of the grocery bill will be presented to the guests
the day before departure from the Villa, at which time the bill is
paid either by cash or traveler's checks. [Please note: no credit cards
or personal checks accepted.] The chefs are trained under American
standards, and wash all fruits and vegetables in a purifying agent
prior to their storage in the refrigerator.
Water
The estate has its own 50,000 gallon reservoir and purification system.
Electricity
All of the Villa's electric plug receptacles are U.S. standard (AC 110-115)
outlets.
Additional Information
An informative information pack, with answers to most questions from
arriving guests, such as "what to wear," "what to bring," etc.
will be sent to the guests 30 days prior to arrival.
