Rates and Conditions All rates are per night and include tax. 2008 Rates Low season is June 1 thru Oct 31 $1050.00 Reservation/Bookings, Deposits and Final Payments - The reservation/booking deposit is 50% of total rental fee in U.S. funds at time of request for reservation must be received within 7 days to hold reservation. Payment must be either a cashiers check or money order. Final payment is due 60 days prior to travel date. A rental agreement and confirmation will be sent to confirm your request. All reservation requests made 60 days or less will require full payment of rental fee to confirm request. Special handling fees may apply. Reservations will automatically be canceled if deposits are not received in our office within 7 days of your request. We reserve the right to treat any confirmed booking as canceled if schedules are not met. An extension may be requested. Any changes made to the reservation once confirmed may be subject to a change fee. There is and additional $1,000.00 refundable security deposit due with final payment. Deposit to be returned two months after departure from the villa. Cancellation and Refunds - In the event of a cancellation after the deposit is received, or more than 120 days prior to travel date, a $1000.00 facilitating fee will be charged. If canceled 120 to 60 days prior to travel date, 50% of the total rental fee will be charged unless the villa can be rented for the exact same dates that are canceled, at which time there will be a $1000.00 facilitating fee charged. If canceled 60 days or less prior to travel date, the total amount paid will be forfeited. All Holiday reservation/booking deposits/payments are non-refundable. This includes Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Easter week. Any refunds shall be limited to funds paid directly to Villa Mystique owners or booking agent, Puerto Vallarta Properties. All cancellations shall be submitted in writing and sent to booking agent,Puerto Vallarta Properties, 1344 S. Wright St., Lakewoodo, CO. 80228. No refunds will be made for unused accommodations or services. Any deviation from this policy shall be arranged at time of reservation in writing. Accommodations - In the event that Villa Mystique becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of Villa Mystique owners, or agent Puerto Vallarta Properties, after a deposit is received, we will have the option of moving the reservation to a like property or will refund the deposit in full. Responsibility - Neither Villa Mystique owners, or the booking agent, Puerto Vallarta Properties, shall be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to any person or property of persons occupying Villa Mystique. The rights, if any, of a person occupying Villa Mystique to seek recourse against the property owner, or booking agent, Puerto Vallarta Properties, for any injury to the person or property of the person shall be governed by the laws of Mexico and determined exclusively by the courts of Mexico having proper jurisdiction. Villa Mystique owners, or booking agent, Puerto Vallarta Properties, shall under no circumstance be responsible for any disturbance or inconvenience to guests occupying Villa Mystique for the actions of its neighbors or the surrounding area. All information provided by Villa Mystique owners, booking agent, Puerto Vallarta Properties, while deemed true and reliable, is not guaranteed. Changes in inventory, items and decor may occur from time to time and such changes will not void or alter the terms of the rental agreement. Travel Tips - Guests traveling out of the United States are responsible for obtaining proper documents for traveling in Mexico or to the country in which you are traveling. (Check with your airline/transportation provider for required documents.) It is always good to know something about the laws of the country in which you are traveling. Please be advised, the laws in other countries can be much more severe than ours and therefore can cause you a lot of inconvenience and possible detention if not followed. Restrictions - The number of guests stipulated on the accommodations voucher is the maximum number of guests allowed to stay at the property. If more guests arrive than stated on the voucher, they may be denied occupancy or an extra person charge may apply. Tenants occupying the property will be responsible for any damages caused by themselves, or their guests, to the property, or its contents during their stay. Costs, for damage, will be limited to repairs or replacement value of item(s) damaged. Children under 12 years must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially around the pool area. Unlawful activities, boisterous or rowdy behavior will not be tolerated. Pets will be allowed in the rental property. I HAVE READ AND ACCEPT ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL AGREEMENT.
