DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS: 50% Deposit is required when the reservation is made & the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If reservation is cancelled 60 days before the arrival, deposit is fully refundable; if cancelled before 30 days of arrival 50% refundable; No refunds under 30 days for unused portion of stay or no show.
