Only three blocks stand between you and exclusive Conchas Chinas beach. This adobe casa maintains a stately elegance and Mexican charm with its hand carved Aztec stone staircase, balconies, and arches. Mexican floors and deep rich woodwork complement the overall structural aesthetic of Casa Pacifica including it's formal grand parlor, poolside sitting room, formal dining room, upper sundeck and lower lounge area, each with ocean views. Casa Pacifica offers eight lovely bedrooms, each with private bath and sitting room. This property is not air conditioned but does have many ceiling fans.
