Casa Pacifico is a spectacular contemporary 3 level villa infused with the tropical style Puerto Vallarta is known for. This villa is impeccably designed to take advantage of the ocean breezes and the extraordinary views of the ocean and mountains of Bahia de Bandaras.

The living dining areas open onto a spacious terrace with a large infinity pool. The house is located approx 1 block from a sandy beach in the small beach community of Punta del Burro, approx 25 minutes from PVR and 10 minutes from Punta Mita. It affords family and friends a warm, private and comfortable place to enjoy.

Each bedroom suite is a private retreat. The terraces and living spaces have several wonderful gathering places. You can choose shade or sun and a variety of views. Socialize with your group or pick a private spot to be alone and relax.

Casa Pacifico is located on the “North Shore” of the Bay of Banderas at Punta del Burro (which you might suspect, means Donkey Point). Punta del Burro is a 25 year-old community of single family residences located on a sandy beach that is very private and little-used in comparison to the other public beaches on the bay. The Punta del Burro beach is known by the locals as a good place to surf.

Houses at Punta del Burro range from smaller cottage style to grand Haciendas. Punta del Burro has a private homeowners association that is responsible to operate the security gate and to maintain the common facilities. Many of the residents of Punta del Burro live here year-round and are very considerate of the privacy of their neighbors.

Casa Pacifico is the newest, and one of the largest, houses in this development. It sits on a bluff about 50 feet above the ocean with a panoramic view of the bay and is only 150 feet from the beach. Between the villa and the beach there is another house on the lower side, giving completely privacy to the Casa Pacifico guests.

2 bedrooms are located in the main level, 2 more bedrooms are located in the upper level and the 5th bedroom is on the lower level. This beautiful property will make a fantastic vacation rental.
