There are 12 bedrooms, and a total of 17 beds. We recommend a maximum of 34 guests (including children), or 24 adults, to make your stay as comfortable as possible.However, if there are more people in your party, arrangements can be made to accommodate them.
Five of the rooms have 1 King and 1 Queen in each, and of these rooms
three have air-conditioning. Five rooms have a four poster bed, Queen-sized,
all of which have air conditioning. ALL of the bedrooms have fans, and
a fabulous, unobstructed view of the Bay. There is an extra-large two-bedroom
Family Suite with living room, dining room, kitchen and private patio.
It is extremely large (it runs the length of the Villa), has a King and
a Queen bed and has air-conditioning.
