2002 Ford Explorer XLT - optional

Optional is the 2002 Ford Explorer XLT waiting for you at the Puerto Vallarta airport. Leather, 4-wheel drive, CD and Cassette and A/C. You drop the car off at the airport upon your departure. Rate is $80 USD per day which includes 15% IVA tax and insurance. To compare: taxi ride from the airport to CASA PAROTA is $17-20 USD for 4 persons maximum. Rental Car Nissan Tsuru (seats 4): $75 USD per night plus 15% IVA tax.

Discount for long stays. Rates based on 6 persons.

Cancellations and Refunds
$100 security-telephone deposit REFUNDABLE after telephone bill received. Full refund, less deposit, 60 days prior to arrival. 50% refund if cancelled 15-30 days prior to arrival; unless we can re-book the house for roughly the same dates, then full refund less $200. No refund if cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to arrival unless we can re-book, then full refund less $200.

Deposits
$300 Deposit to secure reservation applied to rental of unit. Generally, 50% of balance 60 days prior to arrival. Remaining balance 30 days prior to arrival.
