Cancellations & Refunds: -All holiday

Reservations/bookings/deposits are non-refundable. This includes Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter week. Payments of either deposits or payments in full are refundable when applicable as follows: 365 to 180 days prior to departure - 100% of amount paid, less cancellation fees (which is 15% of total amount received); 180 to 120 days prior to departure - 50% of amount paid plus cancellation fees (which is 15% of total amount received); less than 120 days prior to departure - total amount is non-refundable. Notice of cancellation must be given to Las Palapas in writing and non-refundable charges depend on the length of time prior to departure that notice is received

Las Palapas is available year round for individuals, groups and families. Specific questions regarding the villa can be made by phone or email.

Confirmed Booking - Reservation of the villa occurs once a 50% deposit of the total amount due has been received. You will be notified by email or phone once this deposit has been received. Final Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival, no exceptions.

Unconfirmed Booking - A tentative reservation of the villa will be held for one week from the time of inquiry about available dates until a 50% deposit has been received; One Week Only!

Arrivals/Departures - Arrivals and departures may take place on the same day (A/D). Departures must be no later than 12 noon. Arrivals may not occur prior to 3pm. Please help the staff by abiding by these requirements.
