Casa Salinas II has 4 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms that sleep 8 in King Beds, with private bathrooms and ocean views, and room for two extra persons in an optional one-bedroom garden casita. A superb staff that will cater to your every need make this villa ideal for a wonderful vacation. Or book both Casa Salinas I and II for 20 persons with 10 bedrooms and bathrooms. No more than 4 children under the ages of 10
Rates include tax and full staff.
Rates do not include food

High Season: Minimum 7 night stay (Friday or Saturday arrival)
Will accept 5 nights in high season if both villas are rented
Low Season: Minimum 5 night stay (all nights in the same week)
Holdiay Season: 7 night minimum stay
$150 extra fee if arrival is on an Sunday

Payments:
High/Low Seasons:
50% of total gross within 7 days of reservation
Balance/Full Payment: due 60 days prior to arrival

Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year:
50% deposit of total gross within 7 days
Balance due 120 days prior to arrival
