This spectacular 8 bedroom, old world charm European villa is located directly on the white sandy Conchas Chinas Beach, one of the best beaches in Puerto Vallarta. This contemporary design villa with art deco details is furnished with antiques and complimented by colorful art work.

This multi level villa has eight bedrooms with private baths and terraces all with ocean views. All bedrooms are air conditioned

The spacious living area looks over the large heated pool, lush tropical gardens and white sandy beach. The large cabana bar next to the pool is wonderful for entertaining and watching the evening sunsets.

A full staff including a cook, houseman, maid and gardener will make your stay at Casa Septiembre and unforgetable experience.

- 1 bedrooms with a Queen Bed
(these two rooms share a bathroom)
- 1 bedroom with 2 singles that can be a king bed
(private bathroom)

Lower Level with 1 bedroom
- 2 single beds that can be 1 king bed
(bathroom in the hall just outside of the bedroom)

Pool Level with 3 bedrooms
- 2 bedrooms have king beds
- 1 double bed (All with private bathrooms)

Private Bedroom
- 2 double beds, private bath with a large deck and especially suitable for children. Located on the pool level

            
 
             

Testimony
The last week of March, 2008 I took my 2 children and their spouses and 7 grandchildren to Casa Septiembre. The house was great and the staff even better. The house was large enough to give all privacy, and yet the common areas were great for fun times together. The access to the beach was nice and yet some of our group preferred the beautiful private pool. The staff was very accommodating especially with food. Every day we had a breakfast that was diverse enough to please little [and big] kids. The house is close enough to town to satisfy those who wanted to go in and yet had a secluded feeling. I cannot recommend this place more highly. I have traveled extensively and it is a gem. David bailey
