In this multilevel Villa right on the edge of town, you have access to local sites by a short taxi ride or pleasant walk along the beach or cobblestone streets of this affluent neighborhood. Just steps to the South of the villa begins the beautiful white beaches of Conchas Chinas, restaurants and the Romantic Zone in town.
It is a magnificent and dramatic villa, with open and flowing spaces that are full of light and color. Here you will find a world of ease and luxury waiting for you including a large entertainment patio, bordered by the heated pool, BBQ, bar on the pool area and beautiful views to enjoy. Inside you will enjoy an enormous living and dining area under soaring ceilings leading to a terrace that is overlooking the ocean.
The eight spacious bedrooms are very private and comfortable with their own terraces, private bathrooms and ocean view. One of the eight bedrooms is designed for children with 2 small single beds.

and clean up, you pay just the cost of receipts for food & beverages.
The maid does all household cleaning and linens, the houseman helps serve
meals & make drinks etc.
