For those who have discriminating taste and appreciate simple elegance in one of the most beautiful settings in Puerto Vallarta, then feast your eyes on the Villla Suzannah.
Villa Suzannah is a spectacular 8,000 square foot, four story, four bedroom, four-and-a-half bath luxury villa located just six miles south of the heart of Puerto Vallarta. We can accomodate weddings of up to 150 people.
The home, easily reachable by taxi, is situated high on a cobblestone street overlooking beautiful Mismaloya Bay and the breathtaking Pacific coastline of the Bay of Banderas. The Riviera-like view is prominent from every room in the house. Each bedroom comes complete with its own outside deck, remote controlled air conditioning, walk-in closet and hand-crafted natural stone work in the bathrooms. The house is fully-staffed with a chef (two meals per day), a maid, and an administrator who speaks perfect English and is eager to assist with information ranging from restaurant, shopping, spa and night club recommendations, to sport fishing, jungle tours or golf.

2008 Rates: Nov 1 - Apr 30: $1200 per night
(Seven night minimum)
2008 - 2009 Rates May 1 - Oct 31: $800/night
(Five night minimum)
2008 - 2009 Rates: Thanksgiving and Easter: $1300/night
2008 Rates: Dec 20 - Jan 3, 2009: $2100/night
2009 Rates: Dec 19 - Jan 2: $2100/night
(Seven night minimum)

Plus $500 Refundable Security Deposit
Events and Fees:
1 night's rental rate plus $50 per person
Notes Regarding Rental Rates:
- Rates include preparation of two meals per day except
for Sunday.
- Rates do not include cost of food or beverages, nor taxi fare when
staff needs to make shopping trips.
- Local telephone calls are free of charge.
- Long distance calls are blocked but can be made through a toll-free
access number and a telephone card which you can purchase in Puerto
Vallarta.
- Rates do not include gratuities for staff - It is customary for each
guest to pay a "propina" (gratuity) of $3 to $5 USD to each
staff member per day, on the last day of your stay (the administrator
is not tipped). For example, each guest pays $30 to each staff member
for a week's stay assuming excellent service ($5 x 6 days, as staff
normally does not work on Sunday).
- Your rental rate is guaranteed only when we receive the agreed-upon
rent in our bank account. Villa Suzannah reserves the right to change
any
rental rates at its discretion.
Payment Schedule:
- 50% of the rental fee is due within five days of reservation,
with the remainder due sixty days prior to the arrival date.
- We will send you instructions concerning mailing, wiring or deposit
of money to our account.
- We reserve the right to treat any confirmed booking as cancelled
if the payment schedule is not met.
- An extension may be requested.
Cancellations and Refunds:
- All cancellations are subject to a US $500 cancellation
fee if the deposit has been received and the rental receipt sent.
- The deposit is fully refundable if the cancellation is made 120 days
prior to the arrival ate.

Cancellations made less than 120 days
prior to the arrival date are refunded only if the villa is subsequently
rented for the cancelled dates.
Restrictions:
Number of Guests - It is hereby stipulated that the number of guests
is as was represented at the time the reservation was made. Further,
the maximum number of guests is eight, unless we make a concession
at the time the reservation is made and additional rent is negotiated
and paid. If more than the agreed-upon number of guests arrive unexpectedly,
they will be subject to an additional charge of $50 each, per night,
or refused entrance if the total number is greater than eight.
No Pets Allowed
Alternate Accommodations:
In the event the property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of Villa Suzannah after a deposit is received, we will have the option of moving the reservation to a like property; if this is unsatisfactory to the guest, we will refund the deposit in full.
Testimony
WOW...where do I start. First, the driver that you booked
was waiting happily for us outside of Baggage Claim. Even though we
were about an 1 and 1/2 hours late getting in, he was there holding
up the Suzannah sign like you promised. We got to Villa Suzannah and
from then on we were blown away. Even though we had toured the house
2 years ago, the Villa was even prettier than I remembered, and although
the pictures of the house on the website are beautiful, they just don't
do it justice. Alonzo, Daniel and Lupita were there waiting our arrival
with Dinner being prepared and Homemade Guacamole, Salsa and Tortilla
Chips ready for us to snack on. Every night we ate in was a treat.
Alonzo is an excellent cook and the service was fantastic. Since I
was the only one in our group that spoke (broken) Spanish, I was the
one doing most of the communicating. They all made us feel very comfortable,
and made sure we didn't go without anything. There were a few days
that we ventured off to the Beaches, Zip Lining and shopping but most
of our time was spent at the Villa. It was so hard to break ourselves
away from the beautiful artwork and views that the house offered, so
we stayed in as much as possible. No where else will you find as beautiful
of sunsets that we witnessed. Three days out of our stay we were able
to see whales from the balconies. What a treat!! I'm sending you another
email with a few pictures of our stay. The memories that we created
there will never fade. Thank you so much for all you did. You were
right there every step of the way. From answering your phone when I
called you, to returning my emails within minutes of you receiving
mine. We will definitely book through your services again.
