Fredy is the owner and Tucan is the name of the restaurant. Fredy has owned and operated this wonderful breakfast restaurant for many, many years. It is a very popular place for native and tourists alike. It is one of our favorite places to go for breakfast. You will find a wide selection of declicious items to choose from. Many are special and unique to Tucan's restaurant. (If you are a pancake lover, have we got some surprises for you !).
