This gorgeous 5 bedroom, 5 bath luxury oceanside villa, is located at Punta Pelicanos right on the beach. Punta Pelicanos is a gated and guarded beach community between La Cruz Huanacaxtle and Bucerias approximately 20 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta. The Casa Uno is privately owned, will accommodate up to 10 people and is ideal for family gatherings or any large group function. There is an ocean view from every room and beauty throughout this 4,000 sq. ft. villa. You will find marble floors in every room, catheral ceilings, beautiful decor, large rooms and all the comforts of home. The bedrooms contain 4 queen sized beds and 2 twin beds which are handmade iron beds. They all have unique designs which is special focal point for each room. There are five bathrooms with a shower in each bedroom. The master bath has a large soaking tub over looking the ocean plus a shower. On the second floor the three bedrooms all have private terraces overlooking the ocean. Each bedroom has large closets plus a private lock box in each bedroom.
