Some of the amenities include a private pool, heated Jacuzzi, air conditioned bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen, full staff including cook, houseman, daily maid service and night security. Vida Mar offers four bedrooms along with four bathrooms. Breezy beach level terrace. Sun terrace above.

Four air-conditioned bedrooms with three king beds and one queen bed. Accommodates up to 8 people on 3 levels or can be combined with Vida Sol to create a 7 bedroom villa or both Vida Sol and Vida Alta to create a 10 bedroom villa.

Vida Sol accommodates 10 people,
Vida Mar accommodates 8 people
Vida Alta accommodates 6 people.
Accommodates large groups, ten bedrooms total.
Payments: Casa Tres Vidas requires a 50% deposit due at time of booking.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and 90 days for holiday bookings.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Upon cancellation deposits are only refundable if space can be re-booked
for the exact same dates minus a $200 service fee.
No credits or refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Rates quoted on a nightly basis.
Three night minimum stay, seven night minimum stay for holidays.
Rates are subject to change.
3 night minimum Summer 5 nights minimum
Winter and 7 nights minimum Holiday.
