Vida Sol

With it’s 18-ft high architectural dome design and spacious open air living room, Vida Sol, the middle villa bestows the charm of traditional colonial Mexico and brings the spectacular view right into the villa. Dolphins and whales can sometimes be seen from the terrace. Vida Sol offers a private pool with heated jacuzzi in a tropical garden setting. Other amenities include air-conditioned bedrooms, full staff including cook, houseman, daily maid service and night security.

Three air-conditioned bedrooms with five king size beds and private bath. Accommodates up to 10 people on two levels or can be combined with Vida Alta to create a 6-bedroom villa or Vida Mar to create a 7-bedroom villa or both to create a 10-bedroom villa.

Rates include the service of housekeeper, cook and English speaking host.

Vida Sol accommodates 10 people,
Vida Mar accommodates 8 people
Vida Alta accommodates 6 people.
Accommodates large groups, ten bedrooms total.
Payments: Casa Tres Vidas requires a 50% deposit due at time of booking.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and 90 days for holiday bookings.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Upon cancellation deposits are only refundable if space can be re-booked
for the exact same dates minus a $200 service fee.
No credits or refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Rates quoted on a nightly basis.
Three night minimum stay, seven night minimum stay for holidays.
Rates are subject to change.
3 night minimum Summer 5 nights minimum
Winter and 7 nights minimum Holiday.
