Enjoying the advantages of both a quiet rural location and glorious views of the sparkling Mediterranean and the surrounding countryside, Villa Mary is a modern villa which has been carefully designed and equipped with everything necessary for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Close enough to Paphos to allow guests to explore the area, the villa is nevertheless situated in a delightful peaceful location, only two kilometers from the wonderful beach of Coral Bay where there are shops, bars, cafés, restaurants and several popular beachside taverns; equal in distance is the village of Peyia that has a variety of shops and restaurants.

Mature gardens planted with trees and shrubbery surround Villa Mary, enhancing its relaxing rural charm. The swimming pool gtaces a poolside terrace with sun beds, umbrellas, patio set and a built-in barbecue. Beneath the upstairs balcony an arched covered terrace provides welcome shade from the heat of the midday sun and includes sliding doors opening into a spacious, airy lounge.

Inside the villa is decorated in a unique, tasteful style consisting of whitewashed walls, ceramic floor tiles and cream upholstery, all complimented by colorful house plants. The open-plan design allows the breeze from the ceiling fans to circulate throughout the villa. The double lounge is furnished with plenty of comfortable seating, dining table, satellite TV, video player and cd/cassette player. The fully-equipped kitchen displays white cabinets and a dining area seating six. A microwave will be available from April 2002. On the upper floor, the luxury master bedroom has a double bed and sliding doors opening onto a balcony which graces a spectacular view of the sea. The other two bedrooms are both twins. The villa's facilities are completed by one full bathroom on the upper floor and a washroom on the lower.

Kitchen	Well equipped kitchen featuring white cabinets. Appliances include washing machine, fridge-freezer, electric oven, gas stove, toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board. Dining area with six-piece dining suite.
Bedrooms	1 luxury master bedroom with double bed (with radio) and satellite TV; 2 twins with two single beds each. All bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and doors opening onto their own balcony.
Wash rooms	1 full bathroom with bath, WC and washbasin on upper floor; 1 washroom with WC and washbasin on ground floor.
Outdoors	Terrace with tables and chairs, balconies, mature gardens, built-in barbecue. Swimming pool 8mx4m, shower, sun beds, umbrellas.
Maid service	Twice a week a housekeeper is available 24h.
Special notes	Air-conditioning is available as a supplement (payable locally). Cost is CYP 2.50 per unit per day. The owner is willing to help you with any requirements that may arise (e.g. extra beds, baby cots, tables, chairs, etc.) From April 2002 a Safe Deposit box will be available (CYP 1.00 extra charge).
