Eight Bedroom Rates:
November 1 - April 31 $2100/ night
May 1 – October 31 $1800 / night
Christmas & New Years $2800 / night
Thanksgiving & Easter Week $2800/ night
Tax is included
All Holidays require a 7 night stay, 8 bedrooms

Rental Agreement Required
Min stay during low season is 5 days
50% required at time of booking
Payment must be received within 7 days of booking
The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
