Casa Zeta is a beautiful 3 bedroom, private villa, with spectacular views to the ocean, located right on the water with sandy beaches just a few steps away. The outside deck has a large heated pool and the Palapa is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset with your favorite cocktail.

The main floor includes the living & dining area, the kitchen and a guest bath, the lower level has the 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, two bedrooms share bath. The Master bedroom has its own bathroom.

Property Includes:
- 3 bedrooms with fans, NO A/C, and ocean view.
- Large Heated pool.
- Staff with maid and partial cook service daily except Sunday and holidays.
- Cook service for breakfast only, lunch & dinner service available for additional fee.
- Maximum of 6 persons, minimum 5 nights, children accepted.

Nov 1 - April 31 ................$475/night
May 1 - Oct 31..................$350/night
Holidays:
Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving.....$650/night
Plus 15% tax
Plus a $500 refundable damage deposit
